Menorca is an extremely popular tourist and business destination and the city is easy to reach by plane, with frequent flights and good connections. The island is served by Menorca's Mahon Airport (MAH), which has been expanded over the years to meet the needs of this popular destination.

Mahon Airport is fairly small and as it is Menorca's only airport, is usually very busy. The airport is situated about 20 minutes south of Mao city and is set amongst palm trees and other large trees, which gives this airport a countryside feeling.
